The Superocean defines the classic dive watch and was created by Breitling in 1957 for professional and military divers, but immediately developed a following among leisure divers and watch enthusiasts who wanted an everyday watch.

This version reference A23370 was first released in 2012 and was produced for 4 years until being discontinued in 2016. The watch features an easy to read black dial with applied baton hour markers, large luminous hands, two subdials, bright red chronograph hand and date window at 6 o'clock. The 44mm stainless steel case is fitted with a matching black uni-directional diving style bezel and is water resistant to 20atm (200m/660ft). Coming fitted on a stainless steel Milanese mesh bracelet with matching folding clasp.

Originally purchased in circa 2012 and in fine condition due to marks present on the bezel, coming supplied with the original inner and outer boxes, chronometer certificate and instruction manual. This watch is sold with a 12-month warranty and an authenticity card

Sporty, fresh and colorful, the Superocean Automatic 44 is designed for men looking for a sports watch combining serious performance with contemporary style. It is up to any challenge: dive with it, surf with it or swim with it! The Superocean Automatic 44 features a sturdy 44mm stainless-steel case, colorful dials and a choice of a stainless-steel bracelet, or a color-matching rubber strap that fits either a stainless-steel pin buckle or folding clasp. Not only ready for the challenges of the deep seas (up to 100 bar / 1000 meters), the fresh and sporty Superocean Automatic 44 will also attract those whose adventures are a little closer to the shore. This watch comes complete with box, papers, and warranty card

Equipped with a sturdy 44 mm-diameter case in satin-brushed steel, the Superocean II 44 dive watch is renowned for its exceptional water resistance to depths of 1,000 m (3,300 ft), and its ultra-legible black or blue dial bearing oversized numerals and hands enhanced with a luminescent coating. A security valve serves to equalize the differences in pressure between the interior and exterior of the case. It houses an officially chronometer-certified self-winding caliber for exceptional performance and accuracy.
