La Roche-Posay Toleriane Kerium DS Cream is a facial moisturizer specifically formulated to soothe skin flakes, redness, and itching associated with seborrheic dermatitis while providing up to 48 hours of hydration. Enriched with Aqua Posae Filiformis, Piroctone Olamine, and Zinc PCA, this dermatologist-tested formula helps restore the skin barrier while delivering anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory benefits. Suitable for sensitive skin and safe for all phototypes.

La Roche-Posay Toleriane Kerium DS Concentrate Seborrheic Dermatitis 40ml is a facial skincare treatment developed to help reduce redness, flaking, and irritation, while supporting the skin’s natural barrier. It acts through a combination of soothing, purifying, and sebum-regulating actions, making it suitable for skin prone to sensitivity and discomfort. From the first application, the skin feels calmer and more hydrated. Moreover, the formula helps restore the barrier function, which is essential for protecting against further irritation. After four weeks of regular use, signs of discomfort such as flaking and itching appear visibly reduced. In fact, the product shows anti-relapse effectiveness for up to six weeks, offering lasting support for skin prone to recurring flare-ups.

The formulation includes 5% Aqua Posae Filiformis, which helps strengthen the skin’s natural defenses and balance its microbiome. At the same time, Piroctone Olamine works to reduce excess sebum and soothe irritated skin. Additionally, Zinc PCA gently purifies the surface, leaving the skin clean and refreshed without causing dryness. Although the texture is lightweight, it provides targeted care for areas often affected by seborrheic symptoms, such as the sides of the nose, eyebrows, and forehead. Because of its balanced formula, it fits easily into a daily skincare routine and addresses several skin needs at once. Therefore, this concentrate offers a practical solution for maintaining comfort in skin that is prone to redness and flaking. With continued use, the skin appears more balanced, less irritated, and better protected.
