The OMEGA De Ville Prestige “Butterfly” is a timepiece of true beauty that draws on the enchantment and aesthetics of nature. This model features a silvery diamond-set dial with a unique butterfly pattern achieved using a ramolayage, or "pounced ornament", technique. The diamond-set 18K red gold bezel is mounted on a 27.4 mm stainless steel casebody and presented on a two-tone red gold-steel bracelet.

At the heart of this De Ville Prestige "Butterfly" is the OMEGA quartz calibre 1376.

At Luxxstreet, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that purchasing luxury fashion online requires confidence, and we are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and straightforward return process.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns on most eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met.

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact and included.

Products must be in their original, resalable condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Nonreturnable Items

Due to hygiene, quality, and authenticity standards, the following items are generally not eligible for return.

Intimates and undergarments.

Final sale or clearance items.

Customized, personalized, or altered products.

Items returned without prior authorization.

These exclusions do not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products.

2. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@luxxstreet.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for your return request.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please provide clear photographs showing the issue.

Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide detailed return instructions along with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused unless acceptance is required by applicable law.

Please do not send any products back before receiving return instructions from our team.

3. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or applicable law requires otherwise.

For approved returns involving an error on our part, Luxxstreet will arrange an appropriate resolution without additional return shipping charges to the customer.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to help ensure that returned items arrive safely.

Luxxstreet is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit when the customer is responsible for arranging the return, except where otherwise required by law.

All returns must be shipped to the designated return address provided by our customer support team.

4. REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, our team will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after approval.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Shipping Fees: Any applicable shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or a refund of those charges is required by law.

As Luxxstreet offers free worldwide shipping, customers are not charged standard outbound shipping fees on eligible orders.

5. EXCHANGES

At this time, Luxxstreet does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, size, or variation, you may request a return for your original purchase, subject to our return eligibility requirements, and place a new order.

All replacement purchases are subject to current product availability and pricing.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our support team so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Email: support@luxxstreet.com

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

Our support team will review your case and provide appropriate instructions for a return, replacement, or refund.

Where the issue is confirmed to be caused by an error on our part, we will work to resolve it at no additional cost to you.

Your statutory rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund within 5 business days after receiving refund confirmation, please check your bank account or original payment method again.

Some financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refunded amount becomes visible.

If the refund is still missing, please contact your bank or payment provider for further assistance.

Should the issue remain unresolved, contact our support team at support@luxxstreet.com, and we will help investigate the status of your refund.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

To maintain an efficient and secure fulfillment process, orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation.

Once an order has been forwarded to our fulfillment warehouse, cancellations and modifications may no longer be possible.

We recommend reviewing your product selection, size, shipping address, and contact information before completing your purchase.

Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law will continue to apply.
