Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
At LuxxStreet, customer satisfaction and product quality are extremely important to us. We accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- a damaged product
- a defective item
- an incorrect product due to a fulfillment error
you may request a return or replacement. Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided when contacting our support team.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and health regulations, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Opened, used, or tested beauty products
- Products with broken hygiene seals
- Customer dissatisfaction or change of mind
- Incorrect shade, color, or product selection made by the customer
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear after delivery
For health and safety reasons, all cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products must remain unopened and unused to qualify for return approval.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LuxxStreet is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Inspection & Refunds

If approved:

- replacements are shipped based on product availability
